NOTE: One of these issues involved the calculation of admin fees. The Modify Portable Admin Fee Wizard now calculates the admin fee as the lower of 80% Initial PHA Admin Fee or 100% Receiving PHA Admin Fee. As a result, you may need to update your agency’s admin fee and the admin fee of any PHAs for which you have incoming or outgoing ports. Fees should now be entered as the full amount in WinTen2+.
